Time to put yourself to the test! Hone your Boxing skills by putting everything you learned in theory into the ring. Our Sparring boxing classes are open for boxers to challenge and assist each other by simulating Boxing bouts. Sparring sessions will be monitored and refereed by one of our professional coaches at all times. The necessary Sparring protective gear is mandatory throughout this class. Put your money where your mouth is!

Our Strength & Conditioning (S&C Type II) classes focus on equipment-based weighted exercises. The S&C (II) session specializes mainly in muscle building and toning. We also incorporate a variety of explosive drills to help strengthen and condition every muscle group for maximum performance.
