The Strength and Conditioning class at Kane's Boxing Academy offer a supervised and structured weight lifting option that is ideal for all fitness levels. All of your muscles will be charged by this strength & conditioning training routine using a weighted barbell, weighted plates, and one's own body weight. In order to improve your condition and progress, our training professionals will assist you to adjust your weight and movement choices. You're going to be incredibly resilient.
